I’ve got bad news, and bad news.
With all the great and exciting things going on the last few months, I have let the sermon audio get WAY behind. All this time, the last 10 messages to be exact, I was simply trusting that the recorder was working like normal, and that someday soon I would have a full days work editing and uploading a huge stash of sermons. Today was that day. With the kids practicing their Christmas musical after church I set out to tackle uploading and uploading and uploading. But it appears that the last time I set up the recorder I plugged the input into the wrong audio jack resulting in no, none, zilch, zero messages being recorded starting October 9th all the way to this morning December 4th. I’m so sad. But it immediately serves to remind me that I don’t preach for the recorder or really for any audience outside the ones who have committed to come to the house of the Lord to hear from the Word of the Lord. So, if you’ve been here recently it has been a blessing and a joy to minister to you from God’s word. If you had to miss, bummer. The best I can offer are copies of my notes from the last 10 sessions, and as any good DBC member knows, I NEVER stick to my notes, but they’re close.
Thanks
-david
